To access the Planet Portal, you need an account created by an administrator with the right permissions. If you do not have an account, contact your team leader.

How to Login

To log in, follow the steps listed below:

Enter your registered email address and password
Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA). By default, it requires a one-time password (OTP). If you cannot access your OTP, use the email code option to continue.

If you cannot access your account, use the Contact us option on the sign-in page.

SSO

Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to access the Portal using their company login. It is an access and security feature that connects the Portal to your organisation’s identity system.

Instead of creating a separate password, users sign in through their organisation’s identity provider.
