Transactions
Transactions shows payments and refunds processed through e-commerce and POS integrations. It allows users to review transactions, identify new payments and failures, and perform related actions. Use the Transactions page to track and manage payment activity.
Create transactions
Create payments, refunds, or tokenisations from the Transactions page. Click + Create button at the top right of the page to start a new transaction. You will be redirected to the Virtual Terminal.
Filter transactions
Use filters to locate specific transactions.
Use the following filters:

| Date | Filter by creation date, including predefined ranges or a custom period. |
| Reference | Filter by reference value. |
| Amount | Filter by amount, including exact values or ranges. |
| Currency | Filter by currency. |
| Payment method | Filter by payment method (for example, card or wallet). |
| Type | Payment or refund. |
| Status | Authorised, captured, cancelled, declined, failed, partially refunded, pending, refunded, submitted. |
| Last 4 digits | Last four digits of the card. |
| Token | Transactions linked to a specific token. |
| Unit | Filter by unit. |
| Channel | Point-of-sale or e-commerce. |
| Initiator | Customer-initiated or merchant-initiated. |
| Terminal ID | Filter by terminal ID. |
| Transaction ID | Filter by transaction ID. |
| Currency option | DCC or multi-currency. |
Refresh data
To view the latest data, click Refresh 🔄 in the top right corner. Your filters and sorting are preserved.
To remove filters, close them individually from the filter bar or click Clear all.
Export transaction data
To export transaction data as a CSV file, click Export in the top right corner. You can export up to 10,000 records and choose whether to export the visible data or additional fields from transaction details.
Optional fields and filters
The page shows the most common fields and filters by default. You can add more fields and filters from the top right of the page.
