Transaction details
To access transaction details, click any transaction in the Transactions list.
This page shows detailed information about a single transaction, including its status, related activity, and available actions.
At the top of the page, a header shows key information such as amount, status, date, and payment method. Available actions, such as Capture or Cancel, appear here depending on the transaction status.
Below the header, information is organised into sections to help you review and understand the transaction.
Transaction sections
Transaction details are organised into sections. Some sections may not appear, depending on the transaction type and available data.
The full list of possible sections include:

| Main Header | Shows key transaction details and available actions based on the current status. |
| Summary | Shows core information such as status, date, amount, and identifiers. |
| Linked Activity | Shows related transactions. You can open linked items from this section. |
| Payment Breakdown | Shows the amounts processed in the transaction, including captured or authorised values. |
| Payment Method | Shows payment details such as card brand, masked card number, and token.. |
| 3D Secure | Shows authentication details when available. Not shown for POS transactions.. |
| Gateway | Shows response and approval details from the gateway. |
| Terminal | Shows terminal and processing details when available. |
| History | Shows the transaction timeline, including status changes and timestamps. |
| Metadata | Shows additional transaction data such as identifiers and processing details.. |
Transaction actions
Available actions depend on the transaction status.
For example, when a transaction is in Authorised status, you can:
- Capture the transaction
- Cancel the transaction
Actions appear in the header and update as the transaction status changes.

Download receipt
You can download a receipt for the transaction as a PDF.
Open the menu in the top right corner and select “Download receipt (PDF)”.
