Account settings

Account settings let users view and update personal details, security, and preferences. Users can edit their name, adjust preferences, and reset password or multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Preferences

Use these settings to adjust how the Portal is displayed:

• Theme: You can choose System default, Light, or Dark. By default, the Portal follows the system settings.
• Language: Set the language for the Portal interface. The default is English (UK).
• Regional settings: View how currency and number formats are displayed. The format follows English (UK).
• Week Start: Set the first day of the week used in date pickers. The week starts on Monday.
• Timezone: Select a timezone from the list to set the timezone used to display dates and times in the Portal.

Security

You can reset your password or multi-factor authentication (MFA) from this section. If you cannot complete the process, contact support.
