Terminal tags

Tags help you organise and identify terminals.

You can use tags to group terminals by location, purpose, or any internal reference. Tags are reusable and can be applied to multiple terminals.

Add tags to a terminal

To add tags, open the terminal details page.

In the Device information section:

1. Click Add tag
2. Enter a tag name or select an existing tag
3. Click Save

You can add up to 3 tags per terminal.

Reuse tags

Tags are saved and available for reuse.

When adding a tag, you can select from existing tags in the dropdown. This helps keep naming consistent across terminals.

Edit or remove tags

To update tags:

• Select or deselect tags in the list
• Click Save

Changes are applied immediately.

Use tags in filters

You can filter terminals by tags from the Terminals page.
