User roles and permissions

Roles define what users can see and do in the Portal.

Each user is assigned a role when created. This determines their level of access across all sections.

Three roles are available by default.

Administrator:

  • Full access to all sections.
  • Can manage users and perform all actions.

Supervisor:

  • Access to most operational features.
  • Can manage transactions, payment links, reports, and terminals.
  • Cannot manage users.

Viewer:

  • View-only access.
  • Cannot create, edit, or perform actions.
