User roles and permissions
Roles define what users can see and do in the Portal.
Each user is assigned a role when created. This determines their level of access across all sections.
Three roles are available by default.
Roles
Administrator:
- Full access to all sections.
- Can manage users and perform all actions.
Supervisor:
- Access to most operational features.
- Can manage transactions, payment links, reports, and terminals.
- Cannot manage users.
Viewer:
- View-only access.
- Cannot create, edit, or perform actions.
Role assignmentNew features are automatically available based on the user’s role. No manual update is required.
Permissions by section
The table below shows what each role can do in each section.

Permissions define what actions a user can perform:
View
Access and read information.
Create
Add new records.
Manage
Edit, update, or perform actions on existing records.
Full access
Includes all available actions, including configuration and management.
