Onboarding

When your account is created, you will receive a welcome email with:

A link to activate your account.
Instructions to set up your password and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

To complete setup:

Create a password.
Set up MFA using an authenticator app or another available method.

If MFA is not set up, or if your settings were reset, you will be asked to configure it again. You cannot access the portal until MFA is set up.

Merchant hierarchy

The merchant hierarchy allows users with access to multiple organisational units to change the level of data they are viewing.

It allows users to:

Change level: view data for a specific unit, group, or structure level.
Adjust scope: view data for a region, team, or specific unit.

If access is limited to a single unit, this option is not available. For users with access to multiple units, it helps control how data is displayed:

Align your view with a specific team or region.
Focus on data for a specific unit or group.

How changing levels affects navigation
When you change the hierarchy level, filters are cleared and the Portal returns to the main page.

Automatic logout

The Portal logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity to protect your account, according to PCI regulations. Activity in any open tab keeps the session active across all tabs.

A warning appears after 14 minutes of inactivity, allowing you to extend your session. If you are logged out, sign in again to continue.
